Salary Range: $40,000 base pay + incentives (potential to earn up to 6 figures annually)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Schedule: Regular business hours (Monday-Friday) (8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time Zone)

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key member of our sales team at Thompson Patent Law, your role will include:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently handling and qualifying inbound leads to assess potential client needs.

  • Sales Process Navigation: Guiding prospects through our structured sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our legal services.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales metrics and maintaining detailed records of sales activities to optimize strategies.

  • Training Participation: Engaging in comprehensive training on intellectual property law to enhance your understanding and sales approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience

  • Proficiency in CRM software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Uphold the firm’s standards of conduct in all interactions, both internal and external, representing the firm with integrity.
